Google - Find Yourself On Search

Challenge:

In an era where search engines have become seamlessly integrated into daily life, Google faced the challenge of reinforcing the meaningful role of Google Search among younger Japanese generations.

Strategy:

Talking to young people in Japan, we heard the same thing over and over: "I feel lost and confused. I'm still trying to figure myself out."

They weren't just looking for information, they were searching for themselves.

We wanted to show that Google Search isn't just for looking up random facts - it's a tool for discovering yourself.

To help tell this story, we teamed up with those who used Google to find who they are.

Sana from TWICE she was a K-pop star, she was just a girl with questions. She used Search to explore her interests, develop her talents, and find her path. Her story shows that even the most successful people start with a simple search.
